![]() Isn't it amazing how such beauty can emerge from pond scum? The water of this small little pond is filled with algae and scummy stuff. But the water lilies have blossomed all across the pond making a garden of white and yellow blooms against a green backdrop as far at the eye can see. Perhaps even people who we believe to be the lowest of the low also have beauty lurking inside them only waiting an opportunity to be seen and admired. Pic of the Day: Kind of strange choice but it has several elements I like for different reasons. Creative use of power lines, which I always like to see. I helicopter with an external load, because I have recently been working on such a system at work. And a beautiful blue sky to set it all off. I should note that the next picture in this series was of a forest fire, so this helicopter was carrying water for a reason! Anyway, check it out. | |
